Marsh: Human Element Programs
February 26, 2025Ken Botes from Marsh gave us an educational webinar on Human Element Programs and how these programs are essential in controlling property losses. This session covered the importance and use of hot work permits, effective contractor management and associated risks, and proper housekeeping for combustible storage in mechanical and electrical rooms. It also addressed fire protection impairment programs, the use of infrared thermography to identify electrical hot spots, proper maintenance of fire hoses in cabinets, and the inspection and cleaning of dryer exhaust vents.
